Omega 3 (as Fish Oil) is an essential fatty acids (EFAs) which contains alpha-linolenic acid, α-linolenic acid, and ALA.  Omega-3 fatty acids are found in fish or fish oil supplements which are used to significantly reduce blood triglyceride levels ( Hypertriglyceridemia ). Omega 3 Fish oil helps prevent secondary cardiovascular disease prevention.  There is strong scientific evidence from human trials that small reductions in blood pressure will occur with the intake of the omega-3 fatty acid.  


Omega 6 (as Evening primrose oil)(EPO). This oil contains an Omega 6 essential fatty acids which includes EFAs and linoleic acid (LA). Different deficiencies in the EFAs can lead to reduced growth, dermatitis (scary rash), and a lack of ability to fight infections and heal different wounds.  Several studies show that evening primrose can be taken for Atopic dermatitis (eczema).  Evening primrose oil is also approved for skin disorders.


Omega 9 (as Olive Oil). Olive Oil contains an Omega 9 (Oleic acid) linked with a reduction in the risk of coronary heart disease.


Vitamin E acts to protect cells in the body against the effects that free radicals which can damage the by products of energy metabolism.  Free radicals damage cells.  Free radicals increase the development of cancer and cardiovascular disease.

Directions: one softgel a day with main meals. Keep in a cool, dry, dark place.
